Privacy policy

This policy explains what data PrintReadyKit collects and how it is used. The site is deliberately simple: most things you can do here happen entirely on your own device.

In-browser tools

Every tool listed on the Tools page runs entirely in your browser. The dimensions you enter, the images and PDFs you open, the templates you generate and the files you download never leave your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server. This policy does not name the tools individually, because the list changes and a policy that lags the product is worse than one that describes it in general.

Information automatically collected

When you visit any website, your browser sends basic technical information (IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page). This information is logged by the hosting provider for the purposes of operating the site, mitigating abuse and producing aggregate traffic statistics.

Cookies

PrintReadyKit sets no cookies of its own, and nothing you type into a tool — the text on a card, the addresses on a label sheet, the image or PDF you open — is stored or sent anywhere. Those stay in the browser and are gone when the tab closes. There is one deliberate exception, and it only happens if you ask for it: the Share button on a tool builds a link containing the settings you chose, such as page size, margins and spacing, so that the link reopens the same setup. It never carries what you typed. If you do not use Share, nothing about your work leaves the device at all. Two measurement systems run alongside each other. Cloudflare Web Analytics works entirely without cookies, without localStorage and without fingerprinting individual visitors. Google Analytics 4 runs under region-based consent: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it is denied storage by default, so it sets no cookies there and reports only aggregate, cookieless signals; elsewhere it sets its standard analytics cookies. Google advertising storage is denied in every region without exception.

Advertising

PrintReadyKit does not currently display advertising, and no advertising cookies are set on this site today. The tools are free to use and are funded by nothing at all at the moment. Because that may change, this section describes what would apply if display advertising is introduced, so the position is stated before it happens rather than after.

If advertising is introduced, it would be served by Google AdSense. In that case:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings. To opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising, visit aboutads.info.
• Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland would be asked for consent through a Google-certified consent management platform before any advertising cookie is set, and could refuse or withdraw that consent without losing access to any tool on the site.
• No advertising would ever be placed inside a tool’s controls or its results, and nothing you type into a tool would be shared with an advertiser. That does not change.

If advertising is introduced, the first line of this section will say so plainly and carry the date. Until it does, there are no advertising cookies on this site.

Third-party services

Three third-party services are currently active: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN and security) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregate, cookie-less traffic measurement — page views, referrers and performance timings, not individual profiles) and Google Analytics 4 under region-based consent: for visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics consent defaults to denied — GA sets no cookies there and receives only aggregated, cookieless pings; elsewhere, GA uses first-party analytics cookies to measure visits.Advertising storage is off everywhere. If further services such as display advertising are added later, they will be listed here by name, with links to their privacy documentation, before they are activated.

Children

The tools and reference material here are appropriate for general audiences but are not directed at children under 13. The site does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Because the site does not store personal data of its own, there is normally nothing for it to delete on request. If you have used any contact form or sent email to the address on the contact page, you may ask for that correspondence to be deleted.

Changes to this policy

This policy can change over time. The most current version is always the one published at this URL. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.
