By using PrintReadyKit you agree to the terms below. They are short and written in plain language; if anything is unclear, get in touch through the contact page before relying on the site.

Using the tools

You may use the tools and templates on this site for personal or commercial work. Everything the tools produce — PDF and SVG alike, including business card templates, label sheets, graph paper, rulers, calibration sheets, cut guides and tiled posters — can be used in any design, printed, distributed and sold as part of your own work without further attribution.

You may not, however, copy the source code, written guides or visual design of the site itself and republish them as your own.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. While the tools are tested and the reference data is checked against public standards, no guarantee is given that every dimension, formula or output is free from error. Always verify the result against your printer’s requirements before producing a long run.

Print accuracy

Printed dimensions depend on factors outside this site’s control: your operating system, browser, PDF reader, printer driver, paper handling and print settings. We recommend verifying any printable ruler or measurement template against a known reference before relying on it. See the printing accuracy disclaimer for detail.

Passport, visa and ID photos

The passport photo maker sets the size and head position of a photo from figures published by the issuing authorities, as they read on the date shown on its page. PrintReadyKit is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any government, passport office, embassy, consulate or visa centre, and does not check or approve photos. Requirements change and may differ by consulate, age or application route; only the issuing authority decides whether a photo is accepted. You are responsible for checking your photo against the current official requirements before you use it, and you use the tool at your own risk. PrintReadyKit gives no guarantee that a photo made with it will be accepted and is not liable for rejected photos or applications, fees, delays, missed travel or any other loss arising from its use.

Limitation of liability

PrintReadyKit, its operators and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or any file generated by it, including but not limited to wasted paper, ink, printing costs or lost time.

Third-party marks

Where this site refers to industry standards such as ISO 216, ANSI sizes or generic paper and envelope categories, those references are made factually and do not imply any endorsement or affiliation. The site is not affiliated with any specific manufacturer, print shop or software vendor.

Changes

These terms can be revised. The current version is always at this URL. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date.
