A calendar that fits your planner
Planner inserts are A5 (148 × 210 mm) in most of the world and half letter (5.5 × 8.5 in) in the US. Choose the size, set the binding margin on the left, and the calendar moves 15 mm further from the edge to clear the holes. A wall calendar works the other way round: landscape, with the margin at the top for a hole or a clip.
Calendar with week numbers
Week numbers follow ISO 8601: a week runs Monday to Sunday, and week 1 is the one with the year’s first Thursday in it. That is why 1 January is sometimes in week 52 or 53 of the year before — 1 January 2027 is in week 53 of 2026. Turn them off for a cleaner page.
Why the page is blank
No holidays, no moon phases, no pictures: each day is room to write. Printed on your own printer it costs a sheet of paper, and if your printer cuts off the edge, the printer test page shows how much margin it needs. Sending cards or invitations? Frequently asked questions
How do I print a calendar for a planner or ring binder?
Choose A5 or Half Letter, the two common planner insert sizes, and set a binding margin on the left: the page adds 15 mm to its margin on that side, clear of the holes of a two- or three-hole punch, and the calendar moves over to make room. Print at Actual size or 100% on paper of that size. To print an A5 page on A4, use your printer’s paper settings or a booklet or two-pages-per-sheet setting, then cut the sheet in half.
Which week numbers does the calendar use?
ISO 8601, the system used across Europe and in most business software: weeks run Monday to Sunday, and week 1 is the week that contains the year’s first Thursday. When the calendar starts on Sunday, each row shows the number of the ISO week its Monday belongs to. Some US calendars number weeks differently, starting week 1 on 1 January, so the two can differ by one.
Does 2026 have 53 weeks?
Yes. A year has 53 ISO weeks when it starts on a Thursday, or on a Wednesday in a leap year, and 2026 starts on a Thursday. Week 53 runs from Monday 28 December 2026 to Sunday 3 January 2027, so 1 January 2027 falls in week 53 of 2026, and week 1 of 2027 begins on Monday 4 January.
Can I add public holidays or my own events?
Not in the tool: public holidays differ by country and often by region, and a calendar that marked the wrong ones would be worse than a blank one. The pages are left blank on purpose, with room in each day to write. For the whole year at a glance, the year page leaves each date small enough to circle.
How do I print a whole year on one page?
Choose Whole year on one page. It shows twelve months from the month you start at: January for a calendar year, or September or August for a school or academic year. Landscape paper gives four months across, portrait three. On A4 or Letter each date prints at roughly 8 to 9 points, large enough to read on a wall or a desk.
